ABOUT US

Bosco Factory is a family company managed by Haydee Gomez and Ezequiel Gomez. These siblings are crazy about gelato, and they have been in the business of making people happy for over ten years. They both play different roles within the company. Haydee, manages the operation of the business, and Gelatero is the creative brain in charge of flavor development, together they have been able to grow the business for the past eight years.

Ezequiel Gomez @gelatero is Gelato Master Chef at Bosco. On a personal level, he has been able to grow as a Gelato Chef through participation in 3 consecutive Gelato Festival America competitions. He is also, an official gelato professor for Carpigiani Gelato University, after so many years in the industry, and being able to work with so many chefs in Italy, he can create any gelato flavor that you can imagen.

Bosco idea was born after Haydee Gomez, a young entrepreneur started working for a famous gelato store in Toronto, Canada. After a few years working with this company and realizing that she had a passion for gelato and the joy of serving scores of smiling customers, she decided to move forward with her dream of owning and operating her gelateria. So, it was back to school for Haydee; she enrolled in the Gelato University and other pastry and frozen dessert courses to learn the art of making and handling frozen sweets.
